Easy Rental Process... Discounts built in!

This site is designed for our repeat renters and already has our repeat renter discounts factored in. You can save hundreds of dollars depending on the condo you choose and the time of year you would like to travel.

A few notes before booking:

• We do not supply linens. You must bring sheets and towels to all of our condos.
• Security Deposits may be paid electronically, however final rental payments must be paid by check. If you wish to use a credit card please book on Airbnb using the link at the bottom of the page. Discounts are not applied through other sites.
• In prime summer months (Memorial Day - Labor Day) we have back-to-back rentals so please note the available check-in dates in the listing description for the specific condo you would like to book. Ex: Mid-town locations have Monday or Friday check-in during the summer months.
• Check-in any day of the week in the slower months (before Memorial Day or after Labor Day)

Our Rental Process is easy:

• Inquire: Select the dates that you would like to travel on the home page. This will show you which condos are available and the discounted prices. Submit your inquiry by selecting "BOOK NOW".
• Rental Agreement: You will receive the rental agreement by email which can easily be signed electronically from your phone.
• Security Deposit: Security deposits range from $150 - $250 depending on the condo you select and must be submitted with the rental agreement to reserve your dates. Security deposits can be paid electronically or by check and deposits are returned to you after your trip.
• Rental Payment: We do not require the rental payment until 60 days prior to your trip. This must be paid by check. Again, if you wish to pay with credit card, please book through Airbnb using the link below. Discounts are not applied through other sites.
