House Rules
• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• No parties or events
• No pets
• No smoking
- IF BOOKING Memorial Day to Labor Day… PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Book for a Full Week (Friday to Friday OR Monday to Monday) or a Mini-Week (Friday to Monday - 3 weekend nights OR Monday to Friday - 4 weekday nights).
- We only have checkins and checkouts on Mondays and Fridays in summer months.
- Check in or out any day of the week in other months.
Year Long House Rules:
- We love our beach condos - please treat them like your own!
- No Pets.
- No Outdoor Cooking.
- Do not hang towels from the balcony - use drying rack.
- Do not throw things from balconies.
- No smoking of any kind in unit - smoke on balcony only - clean up butts/ash.
- Please respect our neighbors and the OC Noise Laws - no noise after 11pm.
- Report any damage/stains as soon as it occurs so we can make proper repairs. Please do not try to "hide" damage. We understand that accidents happen and appreciate the opportunity to fix things for the next guest.
- Before leaving: Take out trash and do dishes. Put things back where you found them (blankets folded in closet, couches folded in, dishes put away, etc). The cleaning staff will handle the rest.
- *Not following the house rules is a forfeiture of security deposit*
- Most importantly... HAVE FUN & ENJOY THE SUN!
